GLOWING MONKEYS

Thanks to some Japanese scientists, these marmoset monkeys named Kei and Kou have been genetically modified to glow in the dark.

Spliced with the DNA of a jellyfish,  Kei and Kou have actually passed their ability to glow to their own offspring.  Scientists say that these experiments will help foster better understanding of maladies such as human Parkinson's disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
