This is a chilling video that a lot of sites have purported to be the real thing, but the truth is that it's just a fake video done for the Halloween edition of  a Mexican variety show.

So, if it's fake what is it doing here?  Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that sometimes if something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
