The Corruptor

"You can't play by the rules when there aren't any."

Directed by James Foley

Written by Robert Pucci

Starring Chow Yun Fat and Mark Walburg

Rated R for strong violence, language and sexuality

Fun Fact: The ship in the film is the Great Lakes grain carrier S.S. Canadian Mariner. Not really suited for crossing the ocean.

Marky Mark is cool. Now I’m gonna get some flak for calling him Marky Mark instead of ‘Mark Wahlberg’ but screw it! A couple of years back I was listening to him rap his little ditty “Good Vibrations” and I’m not going to let ANYONE forget that! A couple of years later, unlike Vanilla Ice, Snow and this Eminem guy I’m hearing on the radio Marky had the good sense to leave White Rap behind. He has since then portrayed a porn star, a stalker, a hitman and now....He works with Chow Yun Fat. The boy may lack talent but he’s got smarts!

Now after the embarrassment that was The Replacement Killers, God...Oops, I mean Chow Yun Fat well makes up for that with this movie! THIS MOVIE ROCKS! Chow is in top form! Kicking it Just like he did with John Woo. And for those who TRULY know Chow Yun Fat movies, this is definitely a Chow Yun Fat movie from beginning to end.

This movie also holds the record for ‘Most pedestrians that drop like flies when shot through the chest’. I love that kind of stuff. Plus: This movie has the number one guarantee to get me on it’s side: NIPPLAGE! That and I also just like saying ‘Chow Yun Fat’. See this movie!
